Mycroft’s League and the Grillparzer Club will gather on Saturday, October 24, 2015, at 10 am to commemorate the 125th anniversary of the birth of Mr. Christopher Morley.

Frank Ferry of Mycroft’s League and Terry and Linda Hunt of the Grillparzer Club will be your hosts.

We will meet at 10 am at the Morley Nook of the Haverford College Library for a tour of the Library’s collection of Morleyania, led by the library’s Curator of Special Collections.

We will have an hour and a half to browse and be awed.  Having worked up a Morleyan appetite and thirst, Sherlockians will adjourn at 11:30 am to the nearby

Luncheon will begin at noon, a sandwich buffet. Adult beverages will be available at the bar for cash. Kit would be pleased.

Notable Sherlockians will comment on the life and times of Mr. Morley at lunch. All are welcome to share observations.

Cost for the outing is $28.00 for the library tour, luncheon, taxes, and gratuities. Libations are an additional personal expense.
